Prescription Refills
If you are in need of a prescription refill please contact your pharmacy and ask for a refill request to be sent to your provider. Prescription refills will be verified by your physician. Please allow up to 72 hours for an approval or denial to be returned to your pharmacy. Annual appointments are required for all prescriptions and some medications require an appointment for refills.
